Lakshman's Housing & Construction Co.(Pvt) Ltd,has been involved in the construction and property development fields; having developed two designated commercial buildings in Colombo 3 – one of which still remains with the Company; a low-cost housing scheme,which provided an opportunity for lower middle class families to fulfill their dream of owning a home in the close environs of Colombo; a mixed development condominium project, Lucky Plaza, consisting of over 100 condominium units, which was built and successfully sold out, and remains a popular project for investors and owner occupants and one of Colombo Seven’s first luxury apartment Complexes.
At present,the Company’s main activity is the management and rental of it's property,which comprises a 6-storied commercial building consisting of over 50,000 sq. ft, better known as “The Lakshman's Building”.
